Jackie Knox

Jackie Knox has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jackie started their career in 1990 as a Traffic Coordinator and Customer Service representative at Pacific Rail Services. Jackie then worked as a Terminal Manager at Eagle Systems, leading a team of over 60 union workers. In 2001, they became the Human Resources Manager at ArrowDisc/OptiDisc Solutions, where they developed HR policies and reduced turnover rate. Jackie also worked as a Recruiter at DMC Stratex Networks and CFO Selections. In 2006, they founded Creative HR Solutions, offering consulting services to companies in transition. From 2014 to present, Jackie has been working at Oak Harbor Freight Lines, starting as a Human Resources Manager and currently serving as the Vice President of Administration. In addition to their professional experience, they also served on the board of South King County HRA.

Jackie Knox attended the University of Washington from 1999 to 2001 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in General Studies, with a focus on Human Resources. Prior to attending the university, Jackie studied at JF Kennedy High School, but no specific degree or field of study is provided for this period.
