Michael V. Schrock serves as a Senior Advisor to the Oak Hill funds. Prior to partnering with Oak Hill, he served as the President and COO of Pentair plc, a global diversified industrial company with products, services, and solutions in water, fluid, thermal management, and equipment protection. Mr. Schrock has over 35 years of experience in senior roles at major industrial companies, including Pentair plc and Honeywell International, Inc. In addition, Mr. Schrock has extensive board experience, having recently served on the boards of the Pentair Foundation, Pentair Residential Filtration, LLC (a joint venture between Pentair plc and General Electric Company), and Faradyne Motors, LLC (a joint venture between Pentair plc and Xylem Inc.). He is currently the Lead Director at Plexus Corp. and also serves on the Board of Directors of MTS Systems Corp. Mr. Schrock earned a B.S. degree from Bradley University and an M.B.A. degree from Northwestern University.
