Andrew Woods

Andrew Woods is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as a Software Engineering Manager/Agile Coach at Oak National Academy since February 2023, Andrew leads multiple engineering teams. Previously, Andrew was the Software Engineering Manager at Flipdish, overseeing the mobile and web end-user experiences, and served as Director of Software Engineering at Mastercard, where Andrew focused on secure storage solutions. Earlier experience includes managerial positions at Verizon Connect, where Andrew transitioned from Squad Leader to Software Development Manager, as well as leadership roles in mobile app development at Daft.ie and AOL Ireland. Andrew holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Trinity College Dublin and has completed certifications in life coaching and project management.
