Nichelle Stigger is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in education, admissions, sales, and marketing. Currently serving as a Patient Advocacy Equity Expert and Education Professional, Nichelle has played a significant role in the Oak Park Elementary District 97 since 2016, teaching Language & Literature. As the Founder and Consultant at The Work Institute since 2014, Nichelle has combined prior expertise as an Assistant Director of Admissions at The Illinois Institute of Art - Chicago and an Admissions Advisor at Colorado Technical University, where strategic communication and recruitment were key responsibilities. With a solid academic background, including multiple advanced degrees in education from Columbia College Chicago, Nichelle's career reflects a commitment to advocacy and educational excellence while leveraging a robust foundation in marketing and client relations honed through roles at companies such as Hospital Communications Network and Schofield Media.
