Mina Sartipi is a highly accomplished academic and researcher currently holding joint faculty positions at Oak Ridge National Laboratory and the University of Tennessee-Oak Ridge Innovation Institute since January 2023. As the founding director of the Center for Urban Informatics and Progress since July 2018, Mina Sartipi has significantly contributed to the field of urban science. Additionally, roles at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga include Guerry Professor, UC Foundation Professor, Program Leader for Urban Science & Technology, and various professorships in Computer Science since August 2006.
