Gary Rozier

Gary Rozier is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in real estate and investment management. Currently serving as Managing Director at Oak Street Real Estate Capital LLC since August 2019, Gary previously held the position of Senior Vice President at Ariel Investments from January 2006 to July 2019. Earlier in his career, Gary was Regional Vice President at Rydex Investments between August 2000 and January 2006. Gary Rozier holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Maryland, earned between 1995 and 1999.
