Assad Mallick, a seasoned professional in total rewards and compensation strategies, currently serves as Vice President of Enterprise Global Total Rewards at Sun Life and Chair of the Board of Directors for the HRPA. With extensive experience in leadership roles, Assad has held positions such as VP and Head of Total Rewards at LifeWorks and Cineplex, as well as Assistant Vice President at Aviva, managing compensation strategies for thousands of employees across various regions. Additionally, Assad contributes to multiple organizations, including as Chair of the Planning and Development Committee for Oak Valley Health and as an Advisory Committee Member for the Global Equity Organization. Currently pursuing further education at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, Assad holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Toronto Metropolitan University.
