Previous roles include leading change management programs in financial services at Optimus SBR, serving as a core member of transformation teams at Zimmer Biomet, and holding various positions in knowledge management at TD, Oracle, RBC, KPMG, and Deloitte. Fowlds possesses advanced degrees in Applied Positive Psychology & Coaching Psychology and Organizational Development & Consultancy, supplemented by various certifications in leadership and change management.
