J.o. Bailey

J.O. Bailey currently serves as the General Manager of Food & Beverage at Oak View Group since May 2025, overseeing catering and concessions operations at Missouri State University’s athletic venues and event spaces. Responsibilities include enhancing the fan and guest experience, driving revenue growth, and fostering operational excellence and team development. Previous roles include Director of Food and Beverage at Walton Arts Center and Walmart AMP, and Assistant Director of Operations at Levy Restaurants. J.O. Bailey has also held positions at Tyson Foods as Senior Specialist in Health & Safety Training, and at War Memorial Stadium as Assistant Director. Early career experience includes serving as an Assistant Professor at Arkansas Tech University. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Tampa and a Master of Science in Crisis/Emergency/Disaster Management from Arkansas Tech University.
