Mengdi Liu

Mengdi Liu is an experienced professional in the hospitality and marketing sectors, currently serving as the Director of Catering at Oak View Group since July 2022. Previously, Mengdi held the position of Director of Catering at Compass Group from August 2021 to July 2022 and served as a Hospitality Coordinator at Troon from June 2016 to August 2021. Mengdi's diverse experience also includes roles such as Associate Sales at Kendra Scott, Marketing Associate at Manhattan Builders, and Boutique Stylist at francesca’s®. As the Public Relations Vice President for Gamma Phi Beta International Sorority, Mengdi played a key role in planning events and managing communication strategies. Mengdi's foundational education includes a Master of Business Administration in International Business and Procurement and a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, both from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi.
