Stig Jacobsen

Stig Jacobsen is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in food and beverage management. Currently serving as the General Manager for Food and Beverage at Oak View Group since August 2021, Stig previously held the position of General Manager for Signature Restaurants at Walt Disney World from June 2007 to December 2020, where management encompassed high-revenue dining establishments and large-scale event coordination. Stig also served as the Director of Catering and Conference Services at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, driving significant revenue growth, and as Hotel Director for Norwegian Cruise Line, overseeing comprehensive on-board operations. Stig holds a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the Scandinavian Airline System Hotel Division in Norway.
