Michael Lane

Michael Lane, MSN, RN, currently serves as the Director of Nursing Services at OakBend Medical Center, a position held since June 2025. Prior to this, Michael was the Director of Operations - Houston at Option Care Health from September 2023 to June 2025. Michael's extensive nursing career includes significant leadership roles, such as Director of Nursing at the Medical Clinic of Houston, LLP, overseeing operations at 43 outpatient clinics. Michael has previously held administrative and clinical management positions at North Cypress Medical Center Hospital and Memorial Hermann Health System, where responsibilities included managing operations, staff, and patient care. Michael's education includes a Master of Science in Nursing and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University, along with an Associate Degree in Nursing from Lone Star College.
