Erin Swan

Erin Swan, CDE®, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Oakbridge Insurance since April 2025. Prior to this role, Erin held the position of Total Rewards Partner for North America at Caterpillar Inc. from December 2024 to April 2025. Erin's extensive experience includes a long tenure at TSC, formerly The Starr Conspiracy, where responsibilities included VP of Employee Experience, focusing on strategic management of employee, shareholder, and client experiences, as well as serving on the Senior Leadership team. Earlier roles at TSC encompassed Director of Operations, managing financial analysis and expense management, and Office Manager. Erin earned a Bachelor's degree in General Business from Texas Tech University - Rawls College of Business in 2007.
