Richard Payne

Richard Payne has a wide range of experience in operations and management roles. Richard is currently the Director of Operations at Oakbrook Finance since May 2019. Prior to that, they co-founded The Robot Exchange in January 2018. Richard also worked at TDX Group, where they held multiple positions such as Director of Operations from March 2017 to May 2019, Head of UK Operations from October 2014 to March 2017, and Head of Operations Transformation in 2014. Before TDX Group, Richard worked at Equifax and TDX Group as a Fulfilment Leader from April 2016 to March 2017. Richard also worked at Egg as a Team Leader from December 2001 to September 2006. Overall, Richard has demonstrated a strong track record in operations and leadership throughout their career.

Richard Payne attended the University of Lincoln from 1998 to 2001, where they pursued a degree in Recreation Management with a focus on Management.
