Amanda Woods

Amanda Woods is a seasoned public health professional with a robust background in health education and community health initiatives. Currently serving as a Public Health Educator III for Oakland County, Michigan Government since February 2019, Amanda has previously held roles such as Community Health Coordinator at Munson Medical Center and Health Education Supervisor at District Health Department #10. Additional experience includes positions as Oral Health Coordinator with Henry Ford Health System and Health Educator volunteer with Ypsilanti Health Initiative. Amanda's earlier roles encompass health ambassador work with MFit, research positions at Henry Ford Health System and the University of Michigan, and direct care and education support roles. Amanda holds a Master of Public Health in Health Behavior & Health Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, both from the University of Michigan.
