Mark Giroux

Mark Giroux has extensive work experience in law enforcement and medical investigation. Mark began their career in 1986 as a Police Detective Sergeant with Waterford Township, where they served for 24 years until 2010. During this time, Giroux demonstrated their skills in investigations and law enforcement. In 2010, they transitioned to Oakland County, Michigan Government, where they took on the role of Medical Examiner Investigator. Their expertise and dedication led to their promotion to Chief Medical Examiner Investigator in April 2020. Giroux continues to contribute their knowledge and experience in the field of medical examination.

Mark Giroux attended Saginaw Valley State University from 1981 to 1985. Mark did not receive a degree or specify a field of study during this time. Mark later became a Certified Medicolegal Death Investigator through The American Board.
