Meredith Morgan

Meredith Morgan, MEd., MA, ENP, currently serves as the County 9-1-1 Coordinator for Oakland County, Michigan Government, since July 2024. Prior to this role, Meredith held the position of Civilian Operations Director for the City of Southfield from November 1995 to July 2024, overseeing the Emergency Communications Dispatch Center and managing departmental operations. Meredith's extensive experience also includes roles as Dispatch and Records Coordinator, Public Safety Supervisor, and Public Safety Dispatcher, as well as Adjunct Faculty at Baker College, developing and instructing 9-1-1 Telecommunications courses. Earlier career highlights include serving as a Sergeant/Search and Rescue Controller in the United States Air Force. Academically, Meredith holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Arts in Business from Walsh College and a Master of Education in Instructional Technology from Wayne State University.
