Michael Rusing

Michael Rusing has extensive experience in public safety and dispatch, currently serving as a Dispatcher for the Oakland County, Michigan Government since May 2003. This role involves coordinating dispatch for various departments, including the Water Resource Commission, Homeland Security Division, Health Department, Facilities Maintenance and Operations, Building Safety, and Rochester Hills DPW. Additionally, since October 1996, Michael Rusing has held the position of Station Assistant Chief for the City of Troy Fire Department. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Point of Sale Supervisor at Kohl's Department Stores from February 2001 to December 2003, where responsibilities included supervising cashiers and customer service. Furthermore, Michael worked as a Shipping Receiving Clerk at Wright Tool Company from April 1998 to August 2000. Michael Rusing earned an Associate of Science degree in Fire Science/Fire-fighting from Oakland Community College between 1996 and 2001.
