Teresa Mask Recinto

Teresa Mask Recinto currently serves as the Director of the Department of Public Communication for Oakland County, Michigan Government, a position held since November 2023. Previously, Teresa worked at AT&T from September 2013 to October 2023, holding multiple roles including Director of Media Relations, where leadership was provided for media strategy related to the company's global Diversity & Inclusion and Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. Additional experiences at AT&T include managing public relations to protect the corporate brand through various communication plans and serving as spokesperson for AT&T Michigan. Prior to AT&T, Teresa was a Partner at Nation Consulting LLC, the Regional Editor at Patch.com, and held positions at the Detroit Free Press, including Assistant Metro Editor and Reporter. Teresa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Butler University.
