Caroline Potter

Caroline Potter is a seasoned professional in the fields of sustainability and chemistry, currently serving as VP of Sustainability at Sagentia Innovation since November 2020 and as Principal Consultant at Oakland Innovation since January 2006. With a strong advisory background, Caroline specializes in sustainability and the circular economy across various sectors. Previous roles include Managing Editor at the Royal Society of Chemistry from 2001 to 2005, where responsibilities encompassed editorial management of organic chemistry content and financial oversight of related journals, and Publishing Editor at Elsevier from 1997 to 2001, managing a diverse publishing program in structural materials and polymer science. Caroline holds a PhD in Organic Chemistry from Imperial College London and a MA in Chemistry from the University of Oxford.
