Kyle Lampley

Kyle Lampley is an experienced professional with a diverse background in academic coordination, human resources, and behavioral case management. Currently serving as an Academic Coordinator at the Oakland Leaf Foundation since July 2023 and as a Human Resources Coordinator at Wyndham Destinations since January 2022, Kyle brings valuable skills to the educational and HR sectors. Previously, as a Behavioral Case Specialist at THE GEO GROUP LIMITED, Kyle provided daily counseling to detainees, focusing on rehabilitation through anger management and cognitive therapy. Kyle's experience also includes leading life skills and academic courses as a Team Lead for the Youth Employment Program, and conducting surveillance as an Assistance Investigator at Sigler & Associates Investigations. With a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Corrections from California State University - East Bay and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts: Social & Behavioral Sciences from Contra Costa College, Kyle demonstrates a strong commitment to helping individuals develop essential life skills and achieve personal growth.
