Estrella Parker is currently a board member at the Oakland Museum of California. Before that, they were the Chief Human Resources Officer at Satellite Healthcare/WellBound from October 2015 to July 2021. There, they were responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to maximize employee engagement and contribution, while driving workforce excellence and productivity. This included leading all human resources functions and programs like Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Organization Development, Training, and Workforce Planning.

Before their work at Satellite Healthcare/WellBound, Estrella Parker was the Senior Director Human Resources, Global Business Partnership at The Clorox Company from March 2005 to September 2015. In that role, they were responsible for developing and executing human resources strategies in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of assigned global business units. Estrella also served as a business partner to the general managers of these units, providing counsel on all aspects of human resources.

Estrella Parker is known as a strategic, impactful, and diplomatic leader who plays a key role in ensuring that senior leaders work as a cohesive and collaborative executive team. Estrella is currently driving the reinvention of the human resources organization to ensure that Satellite Healthcare has a pulse on the future direction of the healthcare industry and its workforce. Estrella is a champion of Satellite Healthcare’s mission-driven culture, and fosters an environment that is collaborative and highly driven.

Estrella Parker has a Master of Business Administration from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BS in Computer Science from the University of the Philippines. Estrella is also certified from New Ventures West in Professional Coaching Certification.
