Esmeralda Quintero Sicairos

Esmeralda Quintero Sicairos currently works in HR Communication and Marketing at the University of California, Merced, and serves as a CREWS Leader for Oakland Promise, where mentorship and academic workshops are provided to college freshmen. Previous roles include Webmaster and Vice President of Professional Activities for Delta Sigma Pi - Tau Chi Chapter, where event coordination and professional development initiatives were spearheaded. Esmeralda has also contributed to Export Control and Research Security Outreach at UC Merced by creating outreach materials and enhancing departmental web resources. Additional experience includes serving as an Administrative Coordinator at Peninsula Bay Trust Company, Inc., focusing on data analysis and workflow improvements, and as an Assistant Manager at Ben & Jerry's. Esmeralda holds a high school diploma from Aspire Lionel Wilson College Preparatory Academy and has continued education at the University of California, Merced.
