Monique Recoder, MSW, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and admissions within the education and social services sectors. Currently serving as Senior Program Manager at Oakland Promise since September 2021, Monique has held various key roles including Admissions Manager at Flockjay, Post-Secondary Program Manager at iMentor, and Senior Program Manager/Instructional Coach at CollegeSpring. Monique's foundational experience includes leadership positions at Year Up as Founding Director of Admissions and Director of Admissions, as well as serving as Agency Social Worker at Optimist Youth Homes and Family Services. Monique also brings experience as Supply Chain Specialist at Northrop Grumman. Monique holds two Master's degrees from the University of Southern California, achieved between 2007 and 2009.
