Lucretia Cotton

Lucretia Cotton is currently the Controller at Oakland Public Education Fund. Lucretia Cotton began their educational career by earning a BS in accounting from Indiana University Bloomington. Lucretia then went on to earn an Executive MBA in business from Golden Gate University.
