Yuheng Huang

Yuheng Huang is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as a Real Estate Analyst at Rastegar Capital and a Real Estate Consultant for Oakland Roots Sports Club. As a Co-Founder of DIY ILLINI, Yuheng established the largest DIY customized PC organization at the University of Illinois, building a community of over 500 active members. Previous roles include Lead Project Coordinator at China Construction America, where responsibilities involved contract preparation and project development, and various sales and marketing positions at CU Auto Plaza, Right Balance Motorsports, and HungryPanda Ltd, demonstrating strong capabilities in business development and marketing strategies. Yuheng gained foundational experience as an Architectural Intern at China Architecture Design & Research Group and as an Advertising Assistant at EF English First. Yuheng holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from the University of California, Berkeley, a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Boston Honors College.
