Veronica Anderson is the founder and principal of PenUltimate Group, a communications and strategy consultancy established in May 2011, focusing on strategic planning, marketing, media relations, and civic engagement. Anderson serves as a consultant and facilitator for Oakland Starting Smart and Strong, aiming to enhance outcomes for young boys of color. In addition, Anderson holds the position of President of the Piedmont Unified School District Board of Trustees and has provided strategic planning consultation for Bike East Bay. Previous experience includes consulting roles with Prince Charitable Trusts, Just Equations, and the State Water Resources Control Board, among others. Anderson's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Master of Science in Print Journalism from Northwestern University, as well as further studies at Stanford University.
