Belinda Rosen is currently working as a Substitute Musician in various symphony orchestras such as San Francisco Symphony, Pacific Symphony, California Symphony, Santa Rosa Symphony, Oakland Symphony, Marin Symphony Association, Monterey Symphony, Opera San José, and Berkeley Symphony. Additionally, Belinda serves as an Oboe Instructor at Enriching Lives through Music. Belinda holds a Performance Studies Certificate in Oboe Performance from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music, a Master's degree in Oboe Performance from Rice University, and a Bachelor's in Oboe Performance from the University of Michigan.

In addition to presenting their own concerts and workshops, the OSC collaborates with many performing arts groups. Oakland Symphony Youth Orchestra Omid Zoufonoun, Youth Orchestra Principal Conductor The Youth Orchestra is recognized as an outstanding musical organization in Oakland and the San Francisco Bay area. Today it consists of over 100 talented music students aged 12 to 22 from throughout the region.
