Bianca Lorenz Gonzalez

Bianca Lorenz Gonzalez currently serves as an Assistant Principal and Coach for College & Career Pathways at Oakland Unified School District since January 2019, focusing on preparing secondary school students for college and careers. Key responsibilities include developing coaching plans, facilitating Communities of Practice, supporting staff development, and coordinating work-based learning experiences. In addition, Bianca is an Adjunct Professor at Berkeley City College and a co-founder of OCELOTL. Previous roles include Content Facilitator for Teach For America and Culture and Climate Consultant at Madison Park Academy. Bianca holds a Doctor of Education in Career and Technical Education and multiple degrees and credentials in education and psychology from esteemed institutions.
