Donna Rich

Donna Rich is an experienced administrative professional with a strong background in project coordination and management. Since February 2011, Donna has served as an Administrative Project Coordinator at Oakland University, where responsibilities include creating electronic marketing campaigns to enhance program enrollment and planning events in accordance with institutional guidelines. Previously, Donna held the position of Assistant Program Coordinator, managing multiple educational programs and their logistical needs. Prior experience includes serving as Office Manager for a City Council Member in Detroit, where oversight of administrative support was provided, and roles at Comcast, including Operations: Inventory/Warehouse Manager and Customer Service Center Manager, where leadership and operational efficiency were emphasized. Donna earned a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Lean Leadership from Oakland University between 2014 and 2020.
