Nathan Knapp

Nathan Knapp is an experienced professional in the construction industry, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Oakland University since April 2024. Previously, Nathan held the position of Construction Estimator at The Monahan Company from January 1997 to April 2024, where responsibilities included developing preliminary budgets, managing ongoing project budgets, and preparing hard costs and bids for various projects. Nathan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering with a concentration in Construction Management from the University of Michigan, completed between 1992 and 1996. Nathan's foundational education was completed at Rochester High School from 1988 to 1992.
