Dr Susan Howard

Dr. Susan Howard is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as the Learning and Development Manager and Personal Development Leader at Oaklands College since April 2017. With a rich background, Dr. Howard is also the Founder of Holistic Leadership, where the focus is on personal and organizational growth through the Holistic Development Model. Additional roles include Editor of the Grove Books Spirituality Series, Visiting Lecturer at the University of Hertfordshire, and Independent Consultant at Workplace Matters. Dr. Howard holds a PhD in Leadership and Christian Spirituality and has been actively involved in various leadership committees and consultancy roles since 2007, emphasizing spirituality in management practices.
