Sarah Alexander

Sarah Alexander is the Director of Financial and Professional Services at Oakleaf Technology Group. Sarah has over fifteen years of experience in the field of human resources and has worked with some of the largest companies in the world. Sarah began their career as a Principal Consultant with Badenoch & Clark in 2005 and progressed through various levels over 5.5 years to become a Principal Consultant on the social care desk. Sarah focused on placing temporary & permanent qualified social workers and senior social work managers into local government, NHS and charity organisations via a blend of business development and account management. Additional responsibilities included running training and mentoring across the business, running external events, supervision of junior consultants and business forecasting. Sarah left Badenoch & Clark in February 2011 to travel around the world.

Sarah Alexander completed their BA in Economic and Political Development at the University of Exeter. Sarah then went on to Alton College to complete their schooling.
