Sarah Alexander is a highly experienced HR professional who has worked in various leadership roles in the Financial & Professional Services sector. Sarah has a strong background in executive HR recruitment and has successfully delivered on mandates at the executive level. Sarah's specialties include CPO / HRD, Talent Management, Diversity & Inclusion, and Employee Engagement, among others. Before joining Oakleaf Executive, Sarah also worked at Badenoch & Clark where Sarah progressed to the role of Principal Consultant. Sarah holds a BA in Economic and Political Development from the University of Exeter.
