He started his I.T. career in 2008 working as an application support analyst. He set a goal to become a second-line engineer within the next 3 years while studying for I.T. certifications to help boost his career. He eventually became a field engineer working in the automotive industry, and stayed for 7 years, gaining hands-on experience with physical hardware setup/troubleshooting.
He then decided it was time to find a new challenge and he was lucky enough to land a Support Desk role for a recruitment company, where he worked for 3 years allowing him to use what he had learned and gain more experience as a System administrator, looking after the internal system and managing the internal service desk. But since starting Oakleaf he have set himself new goals to assist with the growth and success of the company.
