Oakley Capital
Marcus joined Oakley in 2017 and has 21 years experience advising on legal matters with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, equity financing and company law. At Oakley, Marcus provides legal support and guidance to the Group.
Prior to joining Oakley, Marcus was a counsel at City law firm SJ Berwin (which later became King & Wood Mallesons). At SJ Berwin, Marcus led numerous transactions for both private equity and strategic investors, as well as overseeing a large number of Stock Exchange listings and public market fundraisings.
Marcus has an LLB in law from Exeter University and also attended Exeter University’s law school.
