Marianne Spanos

Marianne Spanos is the Head of Tax at Oakley Capital. Marianne has over 20 years of experience in international tax and transaction services.

Marianne began their career at PwC in 1997, where they worked for 15 years, eventually becoming Tax Director. In 2012, they left PwC to join CVC Capital Partners as Director of Global Tax. Marianne spent seven years at CVC before moving to EY in June 2019, where they worked as an Associate Partner in the International Tax and Transaction Services group.

Marianne has been with Oakley Capital since April 2021.

Marianne Spanos has a Fundamentals of Business Leadership Certificate from IMD, a Luxembourg Taxation Diploma from the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce, an MAcc from the University of Florida - Fisher School of Accounting, and a BA from the University of Florida - Fisher School of Accounting. Marianne is also certified as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the Massachusetts Board of Public Accountancy, USA.
