Zoe Lockwood

Zoe Lockwood is currently the Chief People Officer at Oakley Capital, leading the HR function. Zoe previously worked as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at Thoughtful HR, offering strategic and operational HR support. Prior to that, Zoe held roles at Cinven as an HR Director and Staff Director, covering various aspects of HR. Zoe also has experience as an Assistant Staff Director at Cinven, an HR Relationship Manager at Merrill Lynch, and as an English language assistant at IUFM de Melun. Zoe holds a Master of Arts in Personnel and Development from the University of Westminster and a Bachelor of Arts in French and Management Studies from the University of Leeds.
