Zoe Lockwood

Zoe Lockwood is the Chief People Officer at Oakley Capital. Zoe has over fifteen years of experience in Human Resources, including positions at Cinven, Merrill Lynch, and Thoughtful HR.

Lockwood began their career in 2004 as an Assistante de Langue at IUFM de Melun. Zoe then spent five years at Merrill Lynch as an HR Relationship Manager. In 2010, they joined Cinven as their HR Director. Zoe spent ten years at Cinven before taking a career break in 2020.

Career break lasted for about a year before they started working as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at Thoughtful HR in September 2020. Zoe has been with Oakley Capital since January 2020.

Zoe Lockwood has a Master of Arts in Personnel and Development from the University of Westminster and a Bachelor of Arts in French and Management Studies from the University of Leeds.

They are on a team with Valero Domingo - Partner, Arnaud De Cremiers - Partner, and Amjid Zaman - CFO. Their manager is Peter Dubens, Managing Partner & Co-Founder.
