Brian McNeill

Brian McNeill is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in product development and team management. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Advanced Product Development at Oakley since April 2015, Brian oversees a cross-functional team to enhance the brand's helmet offerings and provides technical guidance on product strategy. Previously held roles include Lead Engineer and Engineering Manager at Oakley, where effective team mentoring and process improvement were key responsibilities. Brian's experience also includes project engineering roles at Danaher - Jacobs Vehicle Systems and Stanley Black & Decker, where Brian managed commercial engine brake development and contributed to the launch of multiple new products. Brian's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Electromechanical Technology from Central Connecticut State University and a certificate in Designing Strategy from Ideo.
