Jackson Lao

Jackson (Lap Son) Lao is an accomplished engineering and quality management professional with extensive experience in advanced product quality planning and manufacturing engineering. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Advanced Product Quality Planning at Oakley since July 2021, Jackson has previously held roles at Ecosense and Thoratec, where significant contributions included leading new product introductions and enhancing quality systems. Jackson's early career features managerial positions at Kennerley-Spratling, Inc., TE Connectivity, and NUMMI, where effective leadership of diverse teams and implementation of quality standards have been key highlights. Jackson holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
