Randy Deweese

Randy DeWeese has an extensive background in maintenance and technical support, with experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Maintenance Tech Lead at Oakley since March 2016, Randy oversees the 2nd shift Maintenance team and coordinates communication across departments. Prior roles include Tech Support II at Oakley, where troubleshooting and repair of production equipment occurred, and Maintenance Tech II at Applied Medical, focusing on injection molding equipment. Randy previously worked at Abbott for eight years in R&D and manufacturing roles, contributing to product development and production line efficiency. Earlier experience as Maintenance Mechanic III and Mixing Tech III at Sony Electronics involved ensuring production continuity through maintenance and chemical supply management. Randy holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Electronics and Basic Programming from Hi Tech Institute.
