Nathan Howland is a seasoned professional in memory care and senior living with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Memory Care Director at Oakmont Senior Living, Nathan has previously held key positions such as Director of Memory Support at MBK Senior Living, where responsibilities included launching a new Assisted Living and Memory Support Community. Nathan's expertise encompasses the management of memory care teams, implementing training on dementia care, and enhancing resident engagement.
