Sergio Valle

Sergio Valle has a diverse work experience in facility management and property management. Sergio started their career in 2006 as a Property Manager at Solari Enterprises, Inc. where they were responsible for customer support, maintenance coordination, budget management, and vendor management. In 2013, they joined Western National Property Management as a Property Manager, overseeing multiple properties and achieving a high tenant retention rate. Sergio also provided insight into property conditions and capital repairs. In 2019, Valle joined Centene Corporation as a Facilities Specialist 1 before moving on to their current role as a Maintenance Director at Oakmont Senior Living. In this role, they are accountable for the overall operation of a large property and supervises a team of direct reports. Sergio also manages CapEx projects on various aspects of the property.

Sergio Valle earned their Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix from 2004 to 2007. Subsequently, they pursued a Certificate in Fire Prevention Officer from Santa Ana College between 2009 and 2011.
