Carolyn Schuetz is a Non-executive Director at OakNorth and was previously with HSBC for 16 years. Carolyn started as a consultant with Charles Schwab in 1993 and then co-founded Cypress Knowledge, a management consulting firm specializing in financial services and technology companies. During their time at HSBC, they were responsible for the Retail, Wealth, and Retail Business Banking businesses globally. In 2018, they became a non-executive director for HSBC Retirement Services Ltd., a subsidiary of HSBC established to provide defined contribution pension services.
