Rob Partridge

Rob Partridge is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong background in building and scaling engineering and product teams across various organizations. Currently serving as Associate Director at OakNorth Bank since April 2023, Rob previously worked as Talent Acquisition Lead for Tech & Product at Koinly (August 2022 - March 2023), where responsibilities included scaling the engineering and product teams. Prior to that, Rob led technical recruitment for Europe at Hopper (November 2021 - August 2022) and was a Senior Talent Partner at Tessian, focusing on engineering and commercial teams in the UK and US markets. Rob also held positions as Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Klarna, where significant growth was achieved in the software engineering team, and as Senior Consultant and Lead Recruiter at various recruitment firms. Rob's educational foundation includes attendance at Greensward College from September 2002 to June 2007.
