James Farea

James Farea has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. James has held positions such as Vice President and Assistant Vice President at Oaktree Capital Management, L.P., where they implemented Agile methodologies, managed teams, and released a new compensation platform. James also worked as a Mentor at the Product Managers Association of Los Angeles and as a Product Manager at PwC's Digital Services, where they focused on reporting and dashboarding needs. Prior to that, they served as a Product Manager and Business Systems Analyst at Capital Group | American Funds, overseeing the development of research and collaboration platforms and managing multiple projects impacting the investment group. James also started their career as a Desktop Support Associate, leading projects related to remote access solutions and technology adoption.

James Farea holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Information Management and Technology from Syracuse University. In addition, they have obtained several certifications from Pragmatic Institute, including Focus, Foundations, PMC Level III, Build, and Pragmatic Certified Product Manager in 2020.
