Kaitlyn Thayer

Kaitlyn Thayer is an Associate at Oaktree Capital Management, L.P., focusing on Global Convertible Bonds since February 2024. Previously, Kaitlyn worked as an Analyst at Ruane, Cunniff & Goldfarb from August 2022 to February 2024, specializing in equities. Kaitlyn gained foundational experience as an Investment Analyst Intern at Ruane, Cunniff & Goldfarb in the summer of 2021 and completed a selective online educational program with Girls Who Invest, which included coursework from the CFA Institute and Wharton Online. Kaitlyn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and also attended The London School of Economics and Political Science in 2019.
