Paula Hoitink

Paula Hoitink is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in fund accounting and operations. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Head of Business Operations at Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. since September 2012, Paula also holds the role of Chief of Staff. Prior to this position, Paula worked at Ernst & Young from July 2005 to June 2011, where roles included Audit Manager, Senior Accounting Manager, and Vice President, with a focus on the financial services industry and asset management. Paula managed audit engagement teams for prominent clients, including hedge fund complexes and mutual fund complexes. Paula holds a Master of Accountancy (MAcc) degree from the Wisconsin School of Business.
