Roland Van Der Hoek

Roland Van Der Hoek has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Roland started their career at Sun Microsystems, where they held roles as HR Manager, Marketing Manager, and Product Marketing Business Development. Following this, they worked as the Director at RAM Mobile Data before becoming the General Director of Lacis Group Benelux / CSS Holding NV, where they were responsible for rebuilding the company. Roland then worked as the General Director at Thremen, where they successfully grew the company from 100 to over 550 employees. After that, they served as the Chairman of the Board at DPA Detachering, a listed company with multiple divisions. Roland'smost recent role is as the CEO of Oaktree Group, a company specializing in providing tailored ICT advice and solutions.

Roland Van Der Hoek attended INSEAD in 1995, where they studied Strategisch Marketing Management. Prior to that, they were enrolled at Nijenrode / Jacobs en Partners from 1986 to 1988, where they focused on Bedrijfskunde/ Personeel en Organisatie.
