Michael Berryman

Michael Berryman has over 35 years of experience in the banking industry. Michael is currently the Executive Vice President at Oakwood Bank since November 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Texas Capital Bank as EVP - Private Banking from 2004 to 2019. Before joining Texas Capital Bank, they held the role of SVP - Private Banking at Bank of Texas from 1998 to 2004. From 1990 to 1998, they worked as VP - Private Banking at Comerica Bank. Michael started their career as AVP - Underwriter and Loan Review at First City Bank Dallas from 1985 to 1990, and before that, they worked as a Commercial Underwriter at First National Bank of Lubbock from 1983 to 1985.

Michael Berryman attended Abilene Christian University from 1979 to 1983, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance.
