Michael Harris

Michael Harris possesses extensive experience in corporate law, currently serving as Director at Oakwood Corporate Services Limited since September 2009, specializing in company secretarial and corporate governance services. Prior to this, Michael was a Partner and Solicitor at Addleshaw Goddard LLP from September 1997 to April 2009, leading the Corporate Services department and focusing on M&A and private equity transactions. Earlier experience includes a role as a Solicitor at D J Freeman from 1990 to 1997, where expertise in M&A and public company transactions was developed. Michael holds an LLB in Law from the University of Leeds and completed the Law Society Finals at the College of Law, Chester.
